In the newly created role of Manager, Supply Chain for both Foley's Candies Limited Partnership and Brockmann's Chocolates I was able to do all of the things I love. 

••	Reporting directly to the CEO. Create two Supply Chain Departments simultaneously, while cross-training 11 direct reports for new functional roles. Instrumental in evaluating and preparing all departments for software upgrades.  
•	Fostering a team of talented and skillful individuals, identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency, learning, and growth. Writing job descriptions, procedures, best practices, negotiating contracts, and setting up systems. Yes, those who know me - know that this is my heaven.
•	Collaborated with the sales and marketing teams to determine Economic Order Quantities and Optimum Sales Order Quantities for seasonal, perishable raw materials. 
•	Coordinated with the Maintenance Manager for the timely planning and installation for the least amount of disruption in the plant workflows and to maintain optimum production numbers during capital projects.
•	Assisted the Quality Team to ensure all information was accurate to successfully pass all annual Food Safety audits. (Three per year)
