As a former trainer for one of the most successful sales training companies in the world, and leader and developer of countless sales professionals and teams, I founded Sell As You Are to help salespeople, entrepreneurs, and sales leaders champion their teams and themselves to leverage their unique strengths in the sales process. My methodology cuts through the dissatisfaction of traditional sales scripts and the pressure for salespeople to put on a “show” and empowers sales professionals to feel impassioned by their work because it is true to who they are. After spending 10 years teaching high school history before transitioning my career towards sales, I know firsthand how to address the fears, insecurities, and reluctance salespeople face daily in their interactions with prospects. My goal is to inspire salespeople to embrace their personal authenticity, equip them with practical sales knowledge they can depend on, and help the world see that sales is an act of service when done with integrity and courage.
