Save Our Veterans needed a Program & Project Development Manager to create a wide of initiatives for Servicemembers and their families. I developed and managed many programs including; Vocational Rehabilitation, Reliable Transportation, Family Services, Homeless Housing / Outreach,  Advanced Job Placement,  Recreational, Therapeutic Services, Community Services Network.  

During my time in this position I was able get this non-profit from a practically nonfunctional entity that made little progress for the amount of time spent as a state sponsored educational 501 C3 to a fully functional facilities providing services to the city of Indianapolis

Project Development Manager

Developing & Direct Management of Initiatives takes not only dedication but deep knowledge of these matters and the vast network needed to keep them operational. 
Deploying this many initiatives to effectively help servicemembers, veterans and their families take heavy involvement from the local community, local politicians, corporate sponsorships and fostering relationships with your charitable donors as their contributions that truly allow an VSO to make a direct impact on the community. 

I created, established and maintained mutually beneficial systems with specific partnerships to obtain  continuous donations of our most vital needs, to ensure the 501 C3's resources and capabilities. 

Vocational Rehabilitation in Advanced Manufacturing Equipment & Techniques  is no easy undertaking and required the help of many partnerships in the Industry including, Hass, Miller Welding, Faro Technologies, General Motors to name a few.

Working with these Corporate Partnerships enabled us to not only provide servicemembers and their families with an Advanced Trade Skill for better employment opportunities but also the reliable transportation to ensure their abilities maintain independence whilst having job security.
