Telcom are an alternative Internet Service provider who own their fibre infrastructure in the ground rather than exclusively relying on 3rd party tails. We have a full ISP technology stack that we deliver over our own network. 

Any fibre we deliver is 10Gb capable, and we provide full end to end management including LAN and WiFi solutions. This gives us full control over the delivery, support and reliability of our services. We can even offer our own dark fibre / PIA-as a-Service at about 60% of the industry cost.

The customer experience is at the centre of everything we do at Telcom, so my responsibility is to ensure we have approach to market strategies and process in place which ensures that all of our customers, both new and existing receive a full consultation, around any technology requirements. Then using the wealth of knowledge within the business, we can build and deliver the right solution based on this.
