Led the company's Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Safety and Operations departments. 

Managed relationships with auditors, banks, CPA's, customers, outside sales reps, and vendors.

Maintained all licenses, tax and regulatory compliance. 

Managed risk and insurance coverage.

Implemented the company's first IIPP (Injury & Illness Prevention Program), reducing Workers Compensation insurance claims and reducing premium costs by 50%.

Increased capital financing 66% to support growth targets. Secured a total of $7.5 million in new financing on top of existing amounts. 

Secured two rounds of PPP and got the loans 100% forgiven. Also secured two rounds of EIDL financing at low interest rate, reducing interest expenses on previous higher rate loans. 

Provided cost accounting support to Sales department to improve and maintain gross profit margin targets.

Managed all administrative functions of the business so owners can focus on sales and marketing efforts.

Instrumental in growing WFS by 60% in 4 years. From $25M to $40M.

Lyon Technologies Inc

Lyon Technology was a 100-year old manufacturer of animal care products for the farming and veterinary industries. The company pioneered the electric brooder for the poultry industry. It later added veterinary hospital equipment like AICU, oxygen therapy, and anesthesia chambers. 

Led the Accounting, Payroll and IT departments. 

Wrote the company's Quality Management System and numerous procedural documents. 

Created and operated the company's eBay store.
