Christopher is a vivacious individual and an advocate for positive change, connection and development both personally and professionally. He desires to leave a legacy for his daughter and model what it looks like to be intentional with relationships/conversations, being a role model in the way he shows up in the world. He thrives to leave people and places better than he found them. At the age of 21, his Engineering career gave him the perfect foundational pillar to showcase his leadership skills, taking on a project worth millions of dollars and managing a team of 80 individuals to great success. Five years later; living across four continents and involved in three start-ups (of which two currently exceed revenue of $10M per year), he has his fair share of experience in high pressured working environments, relationship management and building high impact teams. Using his natural ability to lead, he likes to immerse himself in projects and become the driving force to build momentum, increase team morale, innovate and make strategic decisions to catalyse the growth of organisations.
