Jobscope include but not limited to:-

-Involved in assisting in patient claims processing for in-patient and out-patient which require skills and ability to understand multiple types of business documents and letters send by insurance company.
- Adhere to the hospital SOP, SLA and to ensure high level of accuracy and time management to ensure all claims document and evidence of support are submitted in a 24 hour timely manner.
-Assisting in maintaining and updating of filing system both online and offline using HIS (Fisicien) and Hospital Insurance Management System (Gleneagles hospital portal)
-To attend to insurer(s), patients and specialist doctors inquiries pertaining to procedures and work flow system to ensure all relevant information and requirements are met
-Liaise with doctors and specialist to complete all insurance document for GL applications and upload/fax/email to revelant insurance company 
-Assits in compiling all necessary documents for submission to accounts department and insurance company 
- To submit daily TPA medical claims in online TPA portals and liaise with TPA's for Claim approval, check on rejection etc
-Register cases into system for admission and discharge for e-claims and manual for hand-written submissions.
-To check the appointment schedule to ensure that GL is ready for patients prior to admission and surgery who are covered under insurance facilities.

Insurance Claim & Patient Relation Executive 

Wellstead (Penang) Sdn Bhd

Jobscope include but not limited to:-

- Prepare and update all related documents and maintain filing system
-Prepare, update and follow-up request for payment and cheque related to division and monitors all invoices are paid within deadline
-Perform ad-hoc tasks when required by the manager of the company
-Perform daily stock in and out to ensure stock accuracy  
-Maintaining inventory management and stock requisite (record keeping) using UBS Sage Accounting and Inventory software 
- Keep record of item/machines dispatch, received or transferred to other location and maintain receipts, records and withdrawal of stock count.
-Control inventory level by conducting physical counts by reconciling with inventory system 
-Coordinate the handling of stock and movement of equipment to different job and sites.
-Ensure all urgent/shortage are followed-up closely 
-Issuing of PO, SO, Stock Purchase, SR, and Quotations (Monthly Closing Inventory Report and Invoicing and Purchasing)
- Liaising with headquarters (HQ), government departments on accounts and foreign workers renewal and permit system
