I designed and implemented training sessions on Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot for European organisations, empowering teams to integrate AI tools seamlessly into their workflows. 

Focused on both training and business development, I conduct workshops for internal teams and clients, and develop custom prompt engineering techniques to enhance generative AI applications utilising key tools like OpenAI ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to meet complex IT requirements and expand client engagement.

2024-25 – European Parliament, Brussels: Delivering bespoke Generative AI Training program to improve digital workflows and compliance.
2024-25 – European Labour Authority: Delivering hybrid MS Copilot training program for 100+ staff, focusing on secure AI integration.

Skreenbe - an AI-powered video conferencing platform designed to merge the collaborative functionality of Microsoft Teams with the conversational intelligence of ChatGPT, while prioritizing secure data storage for professional environments. It aimed to streamline virtual meetings by integrating real-time AI assistance, intuitive UI/UX, and enterprise-grade security. Despite its innovative vision and early adoption of generative AI, the project did not progress to commercial launch due to challenges in securing investor backing.

Chris spearheaded the development of the BCC website and the Chamber’s marketing strategy; as a result of his efforts, the Chamber saw increased revenue. Chris was responsible for acquiring new Patron Members as well as servicing the existing client base.
