Setting goals. Something I used to do merely from a job/Sales perspective. End of last year I stumbled across Justin Jay Johnson's article on a framework for goal setting. The initial read: Feels weird. Not entirely negative. Let's not dismiss it. Gave it a night's sleep to sink in. Gave it a go the first days in January. Going through it, takes time, requires reflection, soul searching at times. A very holistic look at what you want to achieve But: It feels good going through it. Adds clarity and focus Maybe give it a try yourself!
