I run Ultra Smashed. We help companies building up their and their clients' software products or services with a specialization in green field ventures. We offer a wide arrange of skills such as rapid prototyping or building MVPs from scratch in a very time and resource efficient way. We build up knowledge for our clients - not solely for ourselves. Traditional success in the digital age has been defined by delivering solutions that are "on time" and within budget. However, this often results in overspending on functionalities that aren't really needed. Oftentimes resulting in solutions that are overly attractive from the outside and utterly fragile from the inside. Agencies have become used to being paid for deliveries instead of outcomes, so they try to upsell you on features that you don't really need. This model is broken and needs to be changed. This is why we are not an agency. This is why we are not consultants. We're not in the business of selling solutions. We provide business outcomes. We are Ultra Smashed.
