My professional journey has been defined by a commitment to fostering positive change and executing strategies for long-term success. Born in Paide, Estonia, I set out early with a vision — to build something that endures +2000 years. At 15, I conceptualized a business designed for longevity, driven resilience and adaptability. In 2015, I served in the Logistics Battalion, honing discipline, problem-solving, and leadership. I pursued Public Relations at Tallinn University (thesis unfinished) while gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and organizational leadership across the EU and US from 2017 to 2020. In 2018, I expanded my expertise in finance, working with institutions such as LHV and Compensa Vienna Insurance Group SE, strengthening my understanding of capital markets, risk, and strategic financial planning. By 2020, I founded QLA with a clear mission: to merge tradition with innovation and redefine the landscape of business advisory. In 2021, I structured QLA Insurance, a media-tech lead agency serving individuals and families in insurance and pension planning. The venture operated until late 2024, after which I refocused on QLA’s core mission. We specializing in Due Dilligence, High-Stakes Investments, Elite Deal Sourcing, Bespoke Wealth Management and Global Market Expansion. We curate exclusive opportunities in private markets, secondaries, distressed assets, and M&A transactions for those who move the needle — UHNWIs, Family Offices, PE/VC firms, Private Banks and Asset Managers.
