For TECO’s Proactive LED Lighting Conversion Project (~$135 million):

- Co-lead alongside TECO Lead Lighting Field Engineering Technicians to manage, review, reconcile, and process mass field data collection of TECO’s entire lighting system (+270,000 assets) into actionable field LED light fixture conversions & Network Lighting Control-node (NLC) installation tickets via PragmaCAD.

- Planned and maintained the entire project’s multi-year schedule (>1,400 sq. miles) based on fluctuating field crew production, customer specific priorities, and shifting supply chain constraints.

- Coordinated with outside contractor Field Crew Team Leads to track weekly field production and current man-power (15-35 crews), insuring ticket generation matched or exceeded field production demand.

- Designed and executed proprietary applications processes to push individual asset material demand into TECO's Work Management system for the entire project's lifespan for Purchasing & Inventory Dept. to track and order material.

- Developed multiple project tracking metrics & data sources – integrating Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, & Excel – for project team's daily use and for reporting metrics to management.

- Created Microsoft Access queries to pull master GIS data & compare in Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP & Conditional Formatting to flag inconsistencies to identify root issues, correct system data, and update processes as needed.

- Created and maintained the Project's OneNote knowledge repository (~149 pages), which contains the start-to-finish process steps from initiating work areas to submitting final hand-offs to field crews.

- Continuously improved the Proactive LED Conversion Documentation & Processes to maintain optimal efficiency and output in all areas: Templates for communication, SOPs for engineering processes, technical specifics, lexicon of project abbreviations, etc.

- On-board, train, educate, and guide all team members on Project executables, TECO systems.
