Upon graduating from West Point I served in a number of developmental leadership roles in Combat Arms, Human Resource, and Operations functions. I held all levels of Junior Officer leadership from Platoon Leader to serving as a Division level Human Resource Officer in which I prepared operations orders, deployment orders, warning orders, and operation plans for mission deployments and training exercises for three subordinate Air Defense Artillery Brigades, totaling 8,900 Soldiers as well as provided personnel staffing and management solutions for all staffing inquiries and concerns.

Upon completion of my Masters degree I was transferred to the Medical Service Corps. I deployed and served as a Medical Plans and Operations Officer before coming home to serve as the Commanding Officer of West Point's 220 soldier Medical Company responsible to provide world class medical care to 20,000 beneficiaries. I was directly responsible for the health, morale, welfare, readiness, accountability, and training of all personnel while ensuring good order and discipline. I then finished my service in the Army as a Clinical Operations Officer of the Clinical Support Division in a 24-bed community hospital serving 13,800 beneficiaries.
