Marketing @ Clarify

I am currently a Marketing Lead at Clarify, where we are building a modern CRM that will make you cry tears of joy rather than tears of agony. I also recently completed a Master's Degree at Emerson College, where I concentrated on Strategic Planning and Marketing Communications and graduated with a 4.0.

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer (Growth) for Clarify's marketing team. 

I have gone back and forth on how I feel about this as a job title, but ultimately think it best describes who we are looking for.

This is not a traditional demand gen role.
It’s not a “run the campaigns we already have” role.
It’s a systems role.

You’ll be designing and wiring together the machine behind our go-to-market:
• Lifecycle automation (Customer.io / Intercom, events, scoring, onboarding)
• Signal-based outbound tied to real buyer behavior
• Paid + performance experimentation loops
• Instrumentation across activation and conversion

Think: building workflows, shipping V1s, pulling data, writing copy, testing offers, iterating fast — not managing it from a distance.

If you get energy from:
– Building systems from scratch
– Shipping before it’s perfect
– Working across paid → lifecycle → outbound → product
– Using AI as leverage to move faster, not as a shortcut

…this will probably feel like a fun job.
