Experienced with SAAS programmes delivering software platform integrations, new products and features across UK, Europe and Asia, I ensure the creation of KPI's as a baseline for my proven history of process improvements and cost control which is evidenced by the fact that I have reduced the new customer integration timescale by 57%. I deal with mutliple customers and suppliers and as such, I am well versed in creating a harmonious outcome between businesses with their own requirements and priorities, ensuring the development of scalable processes. I am experienced in utilising teams remotely across continents and am well practised in explaining concepts to people who don’t speak English as their first language.
