My area of responsibility covered:

- Execute on MKT-qualified leads and prospect in existing accounts as well as targeting new logos
- Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and set up meetings
- Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos) of leads within Salesforce (CRM)
- Answer incoming calls and emails in relation to sales questions
- Assist in the execution of campaigns within your territory
- Work with cross functional groups such as Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Operations
- Attending trainings and workshops regarding PTC's solutions
- Developing on soft skills such as public speaking, time management, team work, critical thinking or emotional intelligence

Hot Take: Bei Google Ads geht es nicht um Keywords, Ad Copies, oder Bidding Strategien.

Sondern um was ganz anderes.

Als Marketer muss ich meine Hausaufgaben schon gemacht haben, bevor ich den Ad Account überhaupt öffne.

 > Es geht immer zuerst um den Kunden.

Welche spezifischen Probleme hat der Kunde? Wonach sucht die Person? Aber auch: Was braucht sie eigentlich wirklich? Und können wir das bieten?

Der Schlüssel zum Erfolg von Google Ads liegt im Verständnis des Kunden. Man muss wissen was der Kunde will, bevor er überhaupt danach sucht.

Bevor ich mir also Gedanken zu Keywords, Ad Copies etc. mache, versuche ich zuerst den Kunden zu verstehen.

Die Magic liegt außerhalb des Ad Accounts.

Weil es nicht darum geht Klicks zu bekommen. 
Es geht darum Kunden zu gewinnen.
