First operational hire for Openly. Primary responsibility was to acquire agency appointment commitments prior to the launch of the company. Secondary responsibilities included designing all operational processes for payment collection, claims handling, post policy issuance support, agent questions and underwriting and policy contract language.

Lead a team of 16 claims experts dedicated to designing and implementing a new global claims operational strategy. Partnering with C-Level executives across the 16 operations in Latin America, Europe and Asia along with industry leading consulting partners, the team designed a new global operating model focused on consistency and leveraging common process standards. Additionally, the team partnered with local claims leadership to develop and implement improved local processes, increasing analytical transparency and identifying claims operational strategies. 

Leveraging the key learnings from the global operating model, designed & operationalized a US domestic home office claims process/analytics transformation strategy focused on improved & centralized resource allocation, designed a structured prioritization approach for the claims executive leadership team and increased project management capabilities.

VP & Head of GCM East | West Claims Excellence

Partnering with C-level executives in 18 global operations across Latin America, Europe and Asia, led a team of eight deployment consultants tasked with improving claims operational results. The team focused on leveraging design thinking, structured problem solving and robust claims expertise to address complex operational challenges to local profitability. The team increased global visibility for best practices and key challenges by creating a culture of partnership and collaboration while also enhancing accountability to deliver material results for each challenge.

Lead a team of 50+ analysts and leaders focused on providing complex analytical support to an omni-channel Sales & Service executive leadership team. The teams identified key opportunities that drove material improvements in sales results and overall efficiency. Internally, the team focused on identifying and implementing automation and more robust analytical tools to simplify non-value add work to focus on key strategic initiatives.

AVP & Sr. Director, Advanced Analytics

Manage a team of 27 analysts and 4 managers responsible for strategic and operational sales and customer service analytics and annual planning and budgeting for the local personal insurance sales and service operations team. The team develops and executes a variety of strategic initiatives that increase cost efficiency and sales growth opportunities.

Director, Field Sales and Customer Service Analytics

Manage a team of three analysts that provide analytical support to eight area managers and zone vice president. Oversees real estate transactions, annual planning process and day to day operations of sales organization with 1100+ employees.

Manage a team of state analysts for a top 10 personal property and casualty insurance firm. The team is responsible for all pricing, product and compliance issues/improvements.
