As a naturally inquisitive soul, my curiosity of the consumer experience blossomed and I was quickly promoted into a business analysis role where I used company data to track and analyze consumer behaviors and identify opportunities that drove business growth. Throughout the course of my career, I have successfully lead numerous consumer-centric projects, including being a key player in restructuring Consumer Care Center processes. No stranger to the word "why," I've developed a natural knack at asking the right questions in order to gather the right information and receive stellar results. With more than 15 years' experience carefully studying business trends and consumer habits, my ability to analyze, oversee, and execute on major projects using an evidence-based approach is by far my biggest strength and asset.
