My experience is gained through 20+ years of working with developers, sales organizations, brands, architects, brokers and world class marketers.

I implement a plan by working with my clients' internal stake-holders to create a strategy that exceeds their expectations. This proves successful because throughout the process, I take time to listen, assess, create, and collaborate.

As strategist, my role is to direct the team effort in creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that surpasses goals.

Real Estate Development Strategist

Urban Residential

Ceres Urban was a $250M real estate investment fund based in Manhattan. 

Urban Residential was a development firm focused on high rise condominiums and mixed use (including hotel, office, parking and retail) projects. The firm controlled $1.5B in development in urban centers along the North East corridor from Washington DC to Boston.

My responsibilities included all sales and marketing efforts of the $1.5B asset portfolio that produced maximum value for the firm. In addition, created new corporate identity and consistent brand approach corporately and across projects.

I lead Skanska USA Commercial Development's innovative strategic services team in addition to continuing to lead the company’s Communications and Marketing across U.S. markets. As head of the strategic services team, we'll identify potential strategic partnership and industry trends with an emphasis towards recognizing future business and customer needs focused on innovation, sustainability, and technology that help facilitate the company’s ability to continually add value to Skanska projects as well as further the industry through the development of new offerings and solutions. The strategic services team supports local teams and projects in key markets including Los Angeles, CA, Houston, TX, Boston, MA, Seattle, WA, Washington, DC.
