As COO of SF Nutrition, I played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity, driving sales, and executing strategic marketing initiatives in the highly competitive supplements industry. My responsibilities spanned across operations, sales, marketing, and branding, ensuring a seamless connection between product development and consumer engagement.

Sales & Business Development: Spearheaded commercial strategy, securing key partnerships and driving revenue growth through B2B and DTC channels.

Branding & Marketing: Developed and executed a content-driven marketing strategy, balancing a 70:30 B2B-to-consumer approach. Led campaigns that highlighted SF Nutrition’s USPs, built a loyal customer base, and increased brand awareness.

Industry Navigation: The supplements industry is highly regulated and saturated. I ensured compliance while differentiating SF Nutrition through innovative product positioning and transparent messaging.

Operational Leadership: Oversaw supply chain and logistics to maintain product quality and availability, ensuring efficiency from production to distribution.

By wearing multiple hats, I helped SF Nutrition carve out a strong identity in a crowded market, growing the brand’s presence and profitability through a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution.

Starks fitness has led the way in the fitness industry by bringing new products to market that include physical gyms that boast group PT in a high-luxury environment and top-level personal training. This is complemented by SF Nutrition a 100% Natural supplement provider that has been created by fitness pros with a no-nonsense take on a high-quality product. 

I have overseen the operations of Starks for the past 3 years and built many of the processes that have led to the success of many elements and built lasting partnerships that will help propel the brand to the next level.

Starks has really changed the lay of the land when it comes to coaching and lent that hand to the other parts of the business to make it and amazing project to be part of.
