I was responsible for a 210-person organization covering all aspects of Property Systems including Product Management, Purchasing/Implementation, Performance Consulting, Training, Marketing, and Hardware/Software support.  Directed more than 50 field-based staff including trainers, consultants, sales directors, and revenue managers.  Provided 24/7 telephone support coordinating efforts of in-house staff, third-party vendors and technology partners.  I lead the product management department, guiding enhancement and vision for development of two proprietary property management systems and integrated revenue management forecasting and optimization software. During my tenure, we re-organized the training teams to collaborate and share content, integrating technology training in with more traditional soft skills and hotel operations topics. We implemented an LMS, introduced web-based e-learning, and adopted a business first/participant-centered philosophy for all the company learning initiatives.
