CHECK24 is a comparison platform for customers to compare and buy all sorts of products. The consumer loan platform is the biggest and most profitable product within the CHECK24 ecosystem.
My job is to manage and optimize the consumer loan sales process for our customers. I’m working with product management and technical teams to develop innovative features for our customers. For example, we have implemented a chatbot assisting the customer in the loan decisioning process and a profiling and scoring solution, leveraging bank transaction data through XS2A.
My key responsibilities are:
-	product visioning and road mapping
-	leading teams through the process of product ideation, conceptual development ,technical implementation and launch of new features and products
-	Hiring product managers and building self-sufficient teams
-	Analysis and analytical understanding of data in order to identify opportunities and prioritize projects in regards to their contribution to immediate and strategic business success
-	derive KPIs in order to monitor the success of new products and services and constant analysis of key business metrics
-	Presentation of new products and services to senior executive management and shareholders

yes.com builds a digital identity ecosystem and platform where customers can share their identity.

-	Develop a consumer focused onboarding and identification process
-	Indirect leadership of a business development and product management team
-	Working closely with technical teams and designers to kick start a new ecosystem
-	Acquiring new partners and business to collaborate on the platform

In my role I was heading the international business unit POSTADDRESS GLOBAL.
