Rabobank Australia Limited • Successfully influenced AUSTRAC to expand its initial scope on Criminal Activities in Payment Text Fields. • Completed extensive organizational review of ASIC's revised ePayments Code, and earned a Rabobank, ‘CHEERS FOR PEERS’ award from a Regional Leader, recognising my efforts. Navigate Global Payments Pty Ltd (FinTech Start Up) • Successfully established organizational compliance frameworks from complete start up. • Introduced new banking partners to the organization through my industry networks. World First Pty Ltd • Successfully identified significant cost savings from efficiencies in settling payments with service provider. Reserve Bank of Australia • Successfully implemented a new and industry-wide payments regulatory framework for 25 ADIs under my supervision to report their significant payments systems incidents. • After one year, I was recognized and profiled in the RBA's staff magazine for my efforts. Royal Bank of Scotland (UK) • Negotiated RBS’ UK Mastercard credit card agreement - C. €93,000,000 of incentives at stake. • Identified £32,000,000 of net card income, where the RBS (Merchant Acquiring) was underrepresented across sectors (using Merchant Category Codes). • Developed strategy to bring the RBS first to market with London black taxi contactless payments solution - C. £10,000,000 potential net card income. • Identified £750,000 in interchange fee savings from non-compliance with Card Payment Scheme rules (Merchant Acquiring).
