• Member of the RBS IT Purchasing / Procurement Team. I utilize the Coupa software system daily to enter purchase order requisitions and process them for review and approval. 
• I review SaaS contracts and agreements for processing annual renewals and ensure that each requisition is recorded to the correct internal billing accounts for the fiscal budget to be accurate for the next physical year.

•	Utilized Sage Contractor and Liberty Reports to work in conjunction with the parts team to assist in processes and procedures to help the workflow of parts and service needs. Direct liaison between customers and vendors, performed administrative Sage Reports, AR/AP functions and provided customers with status updates on orders placed and quotes submitted. Worked with manufacturers and vendors on overdue shipment dates, and other office tasks  to help in the growth of sales and customer relations.
•	Entered customer quotes, work orders and purchase orders to ensure major companies such as Tyson, Pilgrims Pride and Butterball had all there refrigeration needs met enabling them to continue their reputation of delivering a quality product.

Integrated Supply Network (ISN)

• Communicated directly with vendors regarding current inventory needs, negotiated prices and forecasted quantity purchasing levels to ensure each distribution center has the correct stock level without being overstocked or understocked. 
• Tracked inventory shipments and monitored ETA’s for each distribution center. Created spreadsheets detailing open purchase orders, item number SKU’s, along with estimated  shipment dates to send to category manager for vendor updates. Processed vendor shipping discrepancy notices regarding overage or shortage and submitted for either credit or updated invoice. 
• Daily buys of inventory SOQ’s within Blue Ridge planning software, purchasing of approximately $1 million dollars weekly between all assigned suppliers. Investigated and expedited purchase orders that were delayed, working with buyers to fulfill all customer sales order requests.

Responsible for all aspects of cost accounting in the inventory process, standard cost evaluation and recorded impact of standard cost and actual cost variances. Understanding of cost accounting against Bill of Materials in the manufacturing process. Maintained key item stock levels and as well as rectifying any backordered items and submitting all relevant reports.
• Arranged all supplier logistics regarding incoming shipments of inventory goods, and used existing carriers for drop shipments of outgoing customer orders. 
• Implemented and maintained vendor pricing library along with relevant score carding to measure COG's spent in relationship to ROI's to calculate profit margins. Created yearly price lists for distributors incorporating approximately 10,000 SKU's and descriptions. 
• Daily accounts payable entries of vendor invoices, matching with packing slips for accuracy in preparation of weekly check runs. Run all aging reports in preparation of payments via check or ACH. Daily accounts receivable entries of customer invoices due. Contacted customers for any account issues regarding outstanding payments. Processed receipt of payments via cash receipt entries, banking transactions such as EFT, wire, check and virtual terminal credit card transactions. 
• Sales data entries of new customer orders and invoices. Collect data reporting via Google Analytics to monitor consumer website traffic, shopping cart retention and total ecommerce sales.
