(I know it's a buzz word) With over two decades of international marketing communications experience, I have led and advised some of the most well-known brands in the world, such as Nike, Heineken, T-Mobile, Microsoft and Accenture. As an agency CEO, I demonstrated strong strategic and people management skills, while keeping an eye on the financials and breaking through silos. Now, as a certified Executive & Business Coach, I am dedicated to helping other business leaders take better decisions, become better leaders, and enhance their work-life balance. I provide executive coaching sessions and leadership training, for individuals and leadership teams. My mission is to empower business leaders to develop their Executive Presence, which is the ability to engage, align, inspire and move people to act.
