Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Identify and recruit independent insurance agencies and agents that focus on selling Voluntary Supplemental Benefits for individuals and worksite/group sales.  Washington National's product line consists of cancer, heart/stroke, critical illness, hospital and accident indemnity as well as disability, life insurance.

Agency Recruiting Consultant

Develop and manage territory recruiting pipeline driving new recruits to production.  Develop customized training and other required support to achieve new partner growth targets.  Drive sales with existing partners by identifying new or ongoing gaps in their business model that can be filled with WN solutions.  Strategize with producers to identify new group opportunities and create customized WN solutions.  Facilitate quoting, new business, underwriting, enrollment setup for individual business and non-specialty cases.  Serve as sales liaison for partners, top producers and key agents providing operational, sales and service support.	Conduct trend and data analysis for territory and develop/implement action plans to improve results including: analyze sales results, retention and productivity to identify any upward/downward movement of partners and developing solutions for downward trends.  Monitor business persistency reporting and flag any potential problem results and take action to improve.
