Everyone’s chasing “AI in legal.”

That’s not the leverage.

Value is.
If you can’t price it, prove it, and operationalise it, the tool is just theatre.

Here’s the problem I keep seeing.

Law firms are getting squeezed as costs rise.
In-house teams still don’t feel the upside of AI and feel more exposed.
Vendors promise outcomes.
Reality delivers complexity.

And in the middle?

Pricing is still built on memory, politics, and PDFs.
