-- Sustainment:  Initiated, Planned, Executed, and Controlled a Performance Management System; Timekeeper for a Total Time Accounting system; conducted Performance Management sessions, climate surveys, mentoring, exit interviews, and communicated feedback to company leaders.  Managed outsourced benefits organizations and vendors, resolves employee disputes, and was the company’s Facility Security Officer.
-- Recruiting and Staffing:  Conducted job analyses and wrote job descriptions.  Sourced, screened, interviewed, and on-boarded new talent in a firm of 30 full time professional consultants, Information Technology professionals, and independent contractors.  Managed outsourced recruiters.

Program Manager, Instructional System Designer, Instructor:  Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Office of Training and Education Development, Washington D.C.  (September 2009 – Present)
-- Analyzed organizational performance and presented performance gap assessments, gathered stakeholder requirements, conducted training needs assessments, and communicated findings to wide audiences prior to recommending training courses of action in an organization of over 16,000 professionals.
--  Designed, Developed, and Implemented training modules in core business skills and behaviors for new U.S. Government employees, providing participants with their first exposure to new professional and technical skills during rigorous 8 and 25-week long curricula.
-- Subject Matter Expert and developer charged with creating course Design Documents, Instructor Guides, Participant Guides, course materials, and evaluation strategies for modules delivered during a comprehensive and immersive curriculum of 25 weeks that graduates new employees to the journeyman level of workplace skills and behaviors. 

Site Leader, DIA Middle East and North Africa Office, Defense Economics Division (October 2008 – January 2013)
-- Conducted long term research and regional all-source intelligence analysis that resulted in over 200 peer-reviewed analytic products delivered to senior U.S. government clients. 
-- Produced over 16 years of intelligence analysis in 16 formats over 4 years and during multiple crises, yielding a cost savings of at least 2.5 full time employees.  
-- Grew the business by expanding a contract from 1 Senior employee to 4 analysts in a resource constrained client space.
-- Led multi-vendor contract services in support of a core client function; managing client processes and contract service support provided by 6 on-site analysts.
-- Led program management efforts on site to include personnel management, business development, proposal development, invoicing, and contract management.

Program Manager and Specialist in Information Gathering – Middle East (June 2005 – June 2008) 
-- Independently managed all aspects of an international program with branches in 14 countries.  
-- Aspects of the program included direct training of intelligence professionals during multiple one to two-week long classroom sessions, train-the-trainer events, and course management seminars; all conducted in foreign countries using both Arabic and English.  
-- Managed all official relations with foreign security organizations which included national level joint operations and training, operational targeting, and strategic operations in hostile and diplomatic environments.
-- Trained and mentored 10 employees.

Program Manager – Middle East (June 2003 – June 2005) 
-- Directed the analytic, targeting, and information gathering operations of 10 U.S. officials, conducted liaison with local host country organizations, and coordinated the intelligence analysis, targeting and collection activities of U.S. military stakeholders.
-- Led U.S. counterterrorism efforts which resulted in the identification and capture of 4 suspect terrorists; all of which required significant liaison with local security officials not normally accustomed to dealing with U.S. officials.
-- Managed logistics, led training sessions, provided translation support, and briefed executive stakeholders for multiple training events.
-- Trained, mentored, and managed 4 dispersed employees in a Middle Eastern country, including remote technical training conducted solely in Arabic.

Assistant Program Manager and Specialist in Collection Management, Iraq Operations Group (January 2002 – June 2003) 
-- Led relations with 6 Foreign Intelligence and Security Services posted in the United States.
-- Collaborated with U.S. Government agencies and analysts to enhance operations and planning prior to and during the initial stages of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

-- As the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the unit's Arabic Language Training Program, led language maintenance efforts as well as language support to Law Enforcement activities with local Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Field Offices.
-- As an Arabic Linguist, a Tactical Signal Intelligence Expert, and a Noncommissioned Officer in Charge; led, trained, and managed groups of 5 to 50 soldiers in all aspects of military intelligence work.

-- Independently planned, installed, trained, and supported proprietary software at retail locations in Texas, California, and Nebraska; upgrading Point-of-Sale, accounting, and inventory software to entirely new hardware and software schema across multiple locations with no downtime or loss of functionality.
-- Successfully resolved client issues in a call center environment with no supervision and no dedicated engineering support.
