At Matters of Management we offer executive talent solutions for the Accounting and Finance Industry as well as Legal and Engineering Sectors. Additional placements include permanent and interim executive operations roles such as Directors of Human Capital, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and VP of Sales. Through our process each of our candidates receive executive coaching and continue to receive this services for up to several months after placement. We believe that this will assure each candidate performs at an optimal level and the on-boarding process can be perfected. The firm also provides Executive Coaching to Management and C-Suite executives for both short term and long term strategic growth.
