Within a "client" type in-house marketing department, developed marketing strategies and plans for the network's service lines (including Women's/Children's, Robotic Surgery and Trauma/Burn/ED). Implemented Marketing/PR tactics and budgets for those service lines and built relationships with partner organizations, all while maintaining the integrity of the brand, which at the time, encompassed nearly 1,000 beds, 10 health centers and various physician practices. Served on a team to evaluate, choose and implement new project management program, RoboHead. Created department's first budget-tracking system, enabling budget goals to be met for $7.5 million marketing/public affairs cost center.

High-profile projects included: Launching the region's first and only Children's ER; serving on a cross-functional team to create the "Stop Texting" cause marketing campaign; co-marketing of a new Health Center, Upper Bucks Health & Diagnostic Center, with Grandview Hospital; planning and execution of annual Kids' Safety Day event; and part of re-branding of Lehigh Valley Health Network (formerly Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network), including the development and launch of the media plan.
