As a non-profit executive with nearly 30 years of experience developing philanthropic, marketing, and communications strategies, I have dedicated my career to youth-and-family-serving organizations. I have accomplished these key successes: -Secured $7.5M sustainability, the largest single grant in organization's history; -Established and implemented standard operating policies and procedures to ensure best practice in board governance and organizational operations; -Established organization's first advocacy strategy; -Developed a strong team and helped an organization double its annual fundraising revenue to nearly $2.5 million; -Implemented a patient experience program to improve patient attraction and retention; -Strengthened education programs with strategic partnerships and outcome-based programming; -Led marketing efforts to expand membership base; grew membership by 50% in 18 months; -Executed both strategic and crisis communications plans; and -Collaborated with national figures on events and announcements aimed at shining the spotlight on organization’s key messaging and issues.
