Bachelor of Arts graduate from Maynooth University, having double majored in Business and Geography (2:1). Throughout my academic years (2017-20) I worked part time as retail manager in News-4-U, gaining a wide variety of skills which has proved key in becoming a highly professional and dependable employee. October 2021 saw my transition from retail management into account development, embarking on a journey with market leading CCaaS company, Talkdesk. As an Account Development Representative (ADR) I work with Talkdesk's most important clients to build prolonged, loyal, and strategic relationships. This position demands a set of skills that include multi-functional leadership, strategic planning, effective communication and the ability to support Industry and Strategic AE’s to help with early stage pipeline development to effectively close sales.
