With over 20 years of experience in various sales roles and industries, I am a passionate and award-winning sales leader who empowers and coaches diverse and inclusive teams to achieve record-breaking results and customer satisfaction. I have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions, managing churn, forecasting revenue, and developing sales strategies using the MEDDPICC methodology. Most recently, I led a team of eight account executives at Okta, a leading identity and access management company, where I was responsible for the UKI SMB segment. I strengthened revenue opportunities by creating tailor-made sales plans based on industry trends and competitor analysis. I also coached and mentored the team members to enhance their sales and negotiation skills. Prior to that, I held various positions at LinkedIn, where I successfully launched and expanded the Microsoft Relationship Sales Solution in Western Europe, and was part of a team that grew the LinkedIn Learning contracts from 5M to 40M in ARR.
