In my role, I drive the digital and data strategies for Group SHE, leading the design and implementation of advanced digital & data solutions. I ensure that data is unlocked through robust governance strategies and insights to improve decision-making.

I am leading and participating in global strategies and programs that integrate digital solutions (such as Enablon) and data governance frameworks across all SHE data domains, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts, IT, and the wider Roche community.

As co-lead of the SHE Data Domain, I oversee >30 sub-domains and drive a community of Data Leads, managing data governance, quality, strategy, observability, and performance analysis to enable FAIR data and insights.

I am building and nurturing communities of practice and centers of excellence, fostering continuous improvement across the ecosystem. I also product-manage the enterprise EHS solution, Enablon, where I am working with global stakeholders to align SHE digital and data strategies with business goals.

In addition, I am helping teams in understanding and applying agile methodologies, accelerating the pace of digital transformation and delivery in their squads.

Senior Digital Enabler & SHE Data Domain Lead - Global Safety, Security, Health & Environment

I lead the People & Culture Data product portfolio where we are enabling Roche, Genentech, and affiliated companies to harness People & Culture data. Utilising our data mesh architecture, augmented analytics, self-serve BI and ML/AI solutions the business can leverage data for various analytical application as well as integrations to downstream solutions.

In partnership with my team and customers I craft the vision, strategies, and priorities for P&C data. I collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive company-wide data utilization in a FAIR, secure, and legal manner.

The product team comprises of ~30 experts, including Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and Analysts. Together, we adeptly navigate decisions and strategies to create a robust product portfolio, aligning customer needs with our product vision.

I led a cross-functional team specializing in Skills, Data & Technology within People and Culture (HR) at Roche. Our collective focus centered on establishing a strategic enterprise data and technology framework to facilitate and enhance the practice of Strategic Workforce Planning.

Our efforts in Strategic Workforce Planning revolved around harnessing data and technology to proactively anticipate, predict, and swiftly adapt to the evolving skill demands, thus aligning with our overarching purpose.

In addition, I was at the helm of the Integrated Workforce Strategies Data Governance Office, which was directly aligned with the P&C Data Governance Office. This dual reporting structure underscored the pivotal role of data governance in achieving integrated workforce strategies.

Global Strategic Workforce Planning Insights, Data & Technology Lead, People & Culture (HR)

As the Global Digital Marketing Analytics & Insights lead in Advanced Analytics within Global Product Strategy, I held a key position in Business Insights within our Pharma organisation. My responsibilities encompassed managing a diverse portfolio of over 100 web channels, where I led the DevOps team and facilitated crucial business interactions.

During my tenure, I initiated and drove international initiatives dedicated to implementing robust data, measurement, and analytical strategies. These endeavors were strategically devised to enhance our understanding of the customer landscape, allowing us to consistently deliver impactful insights that enriched customer experiences.

Global Digital Data, Analytics & Insights Lead, Pharma Global Product Strategy

As the Global Digital Talent Marketing Lead in Group HR, I spearheaded the establishment of Digital Talent Marketing, collaborating with 50+ affiliates to create a global Digital Marketing function. This effort involved setting up an in-house operations team, resulting in increased output and impact while reducing costs. I crafted a targeted data and analytics strategy for competitive markets.

My role also involved dismantling country-level silos, empowering teams globally with a range of digital solutions. This strategy positioned Roche as an employer of choice, enabling effective talent engagement, attraction, and recruitment.

I acted as a "digital coach," mentoring teams and individuals to enhance their capabilities. My coaching extended cross-functionally, driving digital transformation throughout the organization and fostering enhanced digital proficiency at all levels.

I developed innovative and immersive web experiences, digital platforms, and channels within a matrixed organization. My role entailed collaborating closely with international stakeholders across Pharma and Diagnostics organisations while overseeing agency management for External Digital Communications.

I lead the development of a corporate enterprise Content Management System (CMS) and solutions. This effort aimed to enhance our corporate web presence by unifying the user experience and establishing standardised analytical practices.
