Key responsibility is to oversee the ongoing development and implementation of corporate inclusion, equity and diversity strategies and programs, while providing measurement and oversight on OSC’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment . 
 Responsibilities include:

Executing the I&D multi-year strategy
Collecting demographic and inclusion data
Supporting and promoting employee networks and the Inclusion and Diversity Council
Establishing and supporting I&D workstreams, as required to deliver on the I&D strategy
Providing a diversity, equity and inclusion perspective to all corporate policies, with a specific focus on HR policies
