In 1978 my father formed E. K. Arledge, Inc. to buy and sell automobiles, personal property, real estate and "other services provided in the Texas Miscellaneous Corporation Laws Act." To say that he was an entrepreneur is an understatement. When he passed away in March 2005, I acquired the company and followed in his footsteps.  

In 2010, the company name was changed to GRIPP, Inc. GRIPP is a practice that creates the opportunity for success, both personally and professionally.  Practicing GRIPP (Gratitude, Responsibility, Intention, Persistence and Power) produces amazing results.  

In addition to managing commercial real estate property throughout Texas and Tennessee, GRIPP, Inc. provides business consulting and training services for corporate and non-profit organizations.

E K Arledge, Inc.

Second generation leader of commercial real estate investment company.  Responsible for all aspects of the company including accounting, collection of rent, insurance, taxes, CPI increases, city ordinance variances, negotiation of contracts and leases.  Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 2001.

Countrywide Home Loans

SME for Technology team responsible for monthly software updates.  Promoted to analytical support for newly formed production group.  Acted as production liaison with marketing, finance, and technical groups.  Helped increase sales resources 400% and production 1600%.  Promoted to newly formed team responsible for recruiting, boarding and training new loan officers throughout the United States.

Sr. Business Analyst

Purchase team member until promotion to customer conservation unit.  Received Customer Satisfaction and Top Funder Awards
