✨ Four years ago, I decided to pursue my long-time passion for fitness, nutrition and wellness while working in my also long-term corporate career as a Financial Adviser. I became certified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I always dreamed of helping people with their Wealth and Health, which has since become my reality. My fitness journey started when I was 19 years old. This journey had been full of ups and downs. It took me many years to realise that a fit body without a strong mind and consistent lifestyle habits is not sustainable. Fitness is much more than just physical health. To live a sustainable healthy lifestyle and look and feel good from both inside and outside, you must work on both your body and mind. This realisation has drawn me towards studying coaching on mindset, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Conscious Hypnosis and Life Coaching. Because as women and human beings, we simply cannot work on our health and fitness in isolation. We are 'whole persons'; hence to truly live a healthy, fit and thriving life, we need to take a whole person approach. As a Holistic Fitness and Mindset Coach, my goal is to guide my clients and give them all the tools they need, to regain control of their fitness and wellness, pick themselves up when they fall off track, and make a healthy and fit lifestyle easy for them. I also guide them to reprogram their mindset without self-blame, self-shame or guilt; and help them break through any limiting beliefs that prevent them from achieving their fitness and wellness goals. So that when they finish the coaching program with me, they are set with a solid foundation to continue their health and wellness journey on their own confidently. They will benefit from it for the rest of their lives. As a woman with a corporate or professional career, you may also be a mum or a business owner. Only when we care for our health and wellness can we then look after our loved ones and pursue our career goals. Prioritising self-care is not selfish; it is essential.
