𝗠𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱: My coworkers were talking behind my back about my “little business.”

At the time, I was about 10 months into my side fitness coaching business.

I made my first high 5 figures in fitness coaching as a side hustle by doing these 4 insanely simple things.

When I started my fitness coaching business, I
• Had 12+ years of corporate experience and 5+ years of personal transformation in fitness, but no idea how to turn any of that into an online business

2. I packaged those skills into a simple, high-ticket 3-month online offer which dekivered a clear transformation that my clients desired and was priced at the level that affordable by my clients and also felt good to me. 
3. I built a delivery process that fit into my 9-to-5 and family life, via online coaching and a signature framework that can be used as a baseline and tweak for individual clients to achieve their fitness goals.
4. I priced at $197 pm for my first few clients, then eventually increased it to $2,497 for a 3-month coaching program: as my confidence and demand increased, so did my prices!

Over time, I made high 5-figures on the side working only 5-10 hours a week, while staying high-performing at my full time job and present with my two girls.
