As a BDM for WPP proprietary technology: Dynamic Content (a SaaS product that focuses on marketing content optimization), I worked closely with the Global Sales Director and the technical and account management teams. I managed global and most strategic partners. I safeguarded a flourishing adoption and expansion by strategically engagement and planning of the company’s products and solutions in my clients’ service portfolio.
 
These partners have different departments and labels over the globe. With my experience, I understood what kind of challenges each department or label was experiencing, and I could provide solutions for these challenges. Whether it was a local or global challenge, I found solutions that could apply for C-level executives and technical teams. My focus and determination unfolded these global partnerships into prosperous long-term results.
_In 2018, we rolled out our technology in 17 countries in Europe.
_In 2019, we rolled out our technology in North America and Southeast Asia.

•	provided social & digital strategic guidance to clients;

•	ensured on-schedule delivery within the allocated budget;
•	actively contributed to the strategic thinking processes;
•	planned and prepared presentations;
•	ensured the effective implementation of standard processes: briefings, meeting reports, project follow up until completion, contract preparation until signature, payment follow-up.

Key responsibility: The North Face brand positioning & campaign launch for China. 

At Factory I worked on clients: The North Face, Oakley, Air New Zealand, and Converse. 

I was the 2nd hire of Shanghai office, with other colleagues, we pitched and won The North Face-account, successfully launched The North Face 2013 integrated Campaign, including TVC, OOH, Digital and event. In 2014, we produced The North Face China’s first TV commercial, working with an award-winning director, shot in South Africa. In addition I:
•	consulted for the North Face digital campaign launch, their sustainability event, and the North Face social media campaign;
•	launched Air New Zealand 1st China safety video, consulted on their social media campaign;
•	worked on the Oakley 2013 summer campaign creative.

Key responsibility: Integration Marketing Communication, leading agency for Coca-Cola 2008 Olympic Games 

At Leo Burnett I worked as part of an integrated team dedicated to the Coke 2008 Olympic Games campaign. I initiated and executed all kinds of relevant creatives working closely with our creative department. I presented creative work to clients, maintaining daily contact with clients, media and online companies and other partners. In particular I worked on various projects of the Coca-Cola 2008 Olympic Games Campaign, including 
•	“Olympic Torch Relay” launch TVC; 
•	Coca-cola product video production;
•	Welcome Torch event coordination; 
•	the successful launch of Coca-Cola “Happiness Factory” campaign at the end of 2008;
•	the successful launch of Coke Zero TVC/OOH in 2009;
•	working with partners (digital, social, media, event, PR agencies)on Integrated Marketing Communication Plan.
