Industrial Solutions Sales Manager

Sales Time

Sales Time idea was born with the goal to boost productivity of electrical and automation sales/inside sales/technical support engineers around the world. 
In order to achieve this, we have built an alternative search engine for industrial products, that allows our users to focus on high return taks and more importantly on customer needs.

• Development of products correlation database for more than 75 Global Manufacturers of electromechanical products.
• Sales & Marketing responsibilities, Go to Market strategy.
• Customer interviews for idea validation and features backlog.
• Responsible for: UI/UX design, project management, user stories (Figma, Gitlab).
• Customer support for on-boarding, operation of the platform.

Co-Founder

Weidmueller Romania

•	Lead the Customer Competence Centre SEE and create a productive environment to ensure smooth customer experience with our company services.
•	Develop and review of internal procedures to support business development and enhanced collaboration between customer service and sales team.
•	Support and development of distribution network in Romania in line with company strategy.
•	Increase the turnover with concrete actions to retain the existing end customers, while developing different new opportunities in specific market segments (Electrical Distribution, Oil & Gas).
•	Coordinate and organize product launches and technical training for distribution partners and end customers. 
•	Supporting Marcom department with local adaptation of marketing materials (flayers, brochures and website). 
•	Joint visits with distribution sales engineers to end customers to support specific projects, launch new products and solutions.
•	Key user and trainer for CRM (SAP).

Head of Customer Competence Center / Distribution Manager

•	Maintain and develop the business relation with designated global/ regional accounts.
•	Defining and implementing the local KAM strategy to ensure growth targets and customer satisfaction. 
•	Active participating on Global Price Agreements for accounts that had Head of Purchasing located in Romania/Bulgaria. 
•	Act as technical adviser for customers and promote Weidmueller as a solution provider. G2P for electronics and custom-made solution into SEE Cluster.
•	Presents company products and solutions on conferences, fairs, customers workshops and webinars.

Key Account Manager Romania & Bulgaria

•	Maintain and develop customers base on the allocated territory. 
•	Develop a new market segment for Oil & Gas products and solutions.
•	Record and monitor sales relevant KPIs, like: Revenue Growth, Market Share, Opportunities Conversion Rate.

Field Sales Engineer

Originating design deliverables including single line drawings, panel schedules, load estimates, cable and cable support layouts, specifications, lighting layouts, small power distribution.
•	Site testing and commissioning – lighting levels, system balance, VSD commissioning, system walk downs, generating punch lists.
•	Interface with contractors and clients on project progress, cost control and quality.

Electrical Design Engineer

Petrom

•	Development and reviewing work procedures and task lists.
•	Assuring interface between maintenance department and services suppliers for different types of equipment: electrical, instrumentation, power electronics, operating software.
•	Involvement in Process Safety audits and training.
•	Preparation of tenders for services and equipment’s.
•	Active member on Commissioning phase for critical infrastructures.

Electrical Engineer

Asist Electric

•	Originating design deliverables for factories or residential buildings like: single line drawings, panel schedules, load estimates, cable and cable support layouts, specifications, lighting layouts, small power distribution.
•	Preparation of the quotations with commercial and technical details.
•	Responsible for the entire collaboration with Electrica for: work permits, licenses for new customers, technical committee (CTE) for contracts executed.

Passionate electrical engineer with more than 15 years experience in the industrial field.

I started my career as design engineer then consultant, continued as sales representative for one of Weidmueller and now segment manager for industrial products at one of the key wholesalers in Romania.
