Royal Borough of Greenwich

Co-designed the Royal Borough of Greenwich's community resource strategy to tackle funding and capital distribution disparities within the borough. Synthesised the contributions of over 250 stakeholders into a mission-led, system-level needs analysis and long-term strategy.

Co-designed North West London’s health inequalities programme, including project management and delivery of the largest homeless health vaccinations programme in the UK, and securing ~ £5m to deploy into specialised multi-disciplinary teams and unique blended health/housing infrastructure within the NHS

On-site in supported accommodation in Camden, I developed a trauma-informed and positive psychology approach to work with people with complex needs experiencing homelessness. My innovation (as part of the Year Here fellowship) within the service was centred on creating recovery spaces that enable people to rebuild their lives through holistic support, real relationships, creative pursuits and healthy habits.
