- Developing an overall vendor base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage, utilizing global market exploitation, leverage spend & leveraging of technologies.
- Visiting vendors & evaluating suppliers on the basis of requirements, development of components & guiding suppliers to improve the processes & resolve quality issues.
- Having knowledge of Indent Creation, PR generation, PO generation in ERP system
- Facilitate meetings with Purchasing & SCM, Stores, and Payables for early resolution of supply issues.  
- Involvement in activities of Integrated Management System Procedure and Documentation
(ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14000:2015 & ISO 45001:2018)

As a Sr. Product Engineer:-
- Leading the product development lifecycle starting from user empathy to adoption post product launch.
- Provide application support for outside and inside sales as well as field calls from potential and existing customers.
- Provide product training including all materials to provide staff and distributors with the knowledge necessary to be successful in the sales and support of these products.
- Manage product pricing decisions, policies and product profitability.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams, as well as customers, to develop tests to simulate real world applications and to duplicate failure modes observed in the field.
- Monitoring data, critical feedback & analysis to draw insights into product development process to make better product decisions and improve product quality which reduce field failures.

Sr. Product Engineer 

- Look after business of North India and responsible for domestic as well as international project opportunities & tender business.
- Responsible to grow existing account by generating repeat business and creating new leads through market intelligence data. Also responsible for customer satisfaction at every stage of execution i.e. from inquiry stage to dispatch of desired quality goods.
- Coordinate with PMC to get approval of “Mass” brand in domestic projects. 
- Look after vendor registrations.
- Analyze technical as well as commercial documents of RFQ and submit the most suitable proposal after coordination with Design & Finance department.
- Support bid clarifications, technical meetings, product presentations & negotiations.
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and provide inputs to management during negotiation stage.
- Analysis of lost proposal & tender for better future bidding.
- Initiate Kick off Meetings once receipt of Purchase order and handover a list of advance planning of RM to production department.
- Get Customer Feedback Form and prepare action plan based on suggestions of customers.
- Aware of Opportunity generation and client mapping in CRM system.
