Hi, I'm Charles. I'm a marketer and operations leader and bring 14+ years of experience to my clients and partners as founder and strategist at KimberDigital. I'm fascinated by why people take action and how to improve that experience with a knack for seeing how disparate parts fit together to solve for opportunity and growth. This drives my work to develop campaigns, build customer experiences, and collaborate to drive revenue growth. I've worked at startups, national non-profits, and community organizations. Outside of work, I enjoy meeting people who are making things happen, I'm passionate about the arts, and I'm a proud foster parent with my husband, Sean. Most recently, I was the VP of Marketing at Mingle Health, a healthcare technology company. Previously, I was the Manager of Annual Giving and Digital Engagement at Partners In Health, where I helped raise tens of millions of dollars to provide healthcare to the poorest of the poor in Haiti and around the world. I had the opportunity to build the next phase of the annual giving program using email marketing, direct mail, and multi-channel campaigns.
