- Responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of consolidated statutory accounts and submission to the Australian Stocks Exchange; this includes reporting under AGAAP and AIFRS and their reconciliations.
- Preparation of subsidiaries budgets and finalisation of group consolidated budget.
- Responsible for funds management and cashflow forecast of the group including trade financing facilities.
- Implemented systems and procedures to enhance internal control and efficiency.

- Established the finance and administration functions of a wholly owned subsidiary, Drilltech Services (USA) Inc in Houston, Texas, USA in June 2004; managed the compliance of GAAP accounting issues, state and federal tax compliance and the installation of ACCPAC 5.2 accounting system.
- Established the Group Manual Executive Information System and global data recovery plan.

Drilltech Services (Asia) Pte Ltd

A wholly owned subsidiary of Drilltech Group Pte Ltd, specialised in rental and services of upstream oilfield equipment and proprietary products in the Asia Pacific region.

- Timely preparation of group consolidated management accounts, group budgets and financial forecast.
- Responsible for timely filing of corporate annual and tax returns.
- Managed, motivated and developed staff driving the continuous   process of change to increase level of services.
