I’m an experienced change and communications and engagement manager. I run the Change Office within the Portfolio to create the most effective environment for our team of Change Managers to succeed. I create and deliver an effective communication and engagement strategy to ensure colleagues are empowered to lead and embrace change. I enjoy thinking strategically and taking in lots of facts, seeing the bigger picture and weaving it into a simple and compelling story to convey ideas clearly and succinctly. I effectively influence others by putting myself in their shoes and adapting my influencing style to suit the situation. I’m able to work at pace and quickly deciding what should be done and doing it. I’m able to stay calm in stressful situations and help others to put things into perspective.
