As Managing Director of Empact Group I combine my experience as a Strategy and Business Performance management consultant with my strong belief in the importance of continuous public sector transformation, and a shared understanding of how to influence and support change. We can only meet our nations biggest challenges if we have a robust, enabled sector and I love playing a part in building that, and, transferring those lessons to other sectors and industries. My approach is built on executive experience in Canberra consulting and over a decade in public sector leadership in central agencies and national policy roles.
