I've worked in service management for most of my career, moving from helpdesk and operational roles through to implementation and consultancy before starting my first business in 2007 (IT Training Zone) and then founding Scopism in 2016. I am highly entrepreneurial with experience in business and service management as a speaker, trainer, consultant and author. In 2017, 18 and 19 I was recognised as an HDI Top 25 Thought Leader and I am regularly nominated for Computer Weekly's top 50 Women in UK Tech.
