I had a blast collaborating with fantastic clients and colleagues across diverse industries. Transitioning in-house into financial services marketing, I found the complexity of money and emotions fascinating—leading to some truly innovative creative solutions. ★ After over 20 years in the industry, I decided to embark on new adventures. I took voluntary redundancy, travelled, and freelanced, eventually finding my way into coaching and the non-profit world. So, what’s keeping me busy now? ★ Partnering with Mind, the mental health charity, I championed a project to integrate Peer Support into the local NHS Trust. Today, I'm leading a project dedicated to amplifying the voices of 'Experts by Experience' within Cornwall's NHS Mental Health Transformation Programme. ★ In my personal development coaching, I partner with clients one-on-one to uncover their true feelings, priorities, and goals—whether it's navigating major life changes or smaller challenges. Distance is no issue; I work remotely, reaching clients wherever they are. And beyond work? I'm a devoted cat person (as the Instagram algorithm has discovered!), love swapping ad agency stories, and thrive on coffee-fuelled conversations with new connections.
