Claire Bull's Linkedin Analytics

Claire started off her career in B2B Marketing focussed on Sustainability at Visy in Melbourne before anyone knew what the letters ESG stood for. She then got hooked on startup land as the first COO at Frank Green, the now cult-brand making reusable, sustainable products. On moving to Singapore she made a career shift into the Trade and Investment space helping global tech businesses expand into the Asia Pacific region and partnering with Microsoft and Governments to run global expansion programmes. On returning to Australia and moving to Sydney (where she is yet to find good coffee), Claire ran UK-based Accelerator Tech Nation for APAC, helping UK startups and scaleups enter Australia, Singapore, Japan, and Korea. Shifting into a head of ecosystem role at Rainmaking, a part of Bain and Company, Claire doubled down on her experience building networks for businesses expanding into the UK, UAE, Korea, Japan and Singapore. Now she spends her time helping founders grow their business as mentor-in-residence for Australian Company Society accelerators "The Labs" as well as angel investing and co-running the national community Tech Australia Advocates, part of a global network. In 2024 Claire returned to her passion for Sustainability as Director of Sustainability and Innovation at the rapidly growing startup in the retail and supply chain sector - Extolla. In her free time she wonders what it would be like to have free time! In her other full-time role she reads 175 emails a week from her kids' school, books activities, orders soccer uniforms in the wrong size, forgets about band camp, sorts odd socks and cooks dinners that are often greeted with "I don't like that".
