Duties, Responsibilities & Achievements:
•	IFRS implementation & assessment 
•	Reworking of financial systems & accounting treatments from largely manual to more automated & efficient systems
• Accounting for group restructure & buyout by international private equity company as well as expansion & purchase of new operations.	
• Financial statements & liaison with local & international auditors

I'm a chartered accountant and business owner with nearly 30 years industry experience. I started Recro Business Services, after working in corporate for 14 years. Recro helps entrepreneurs and SMEs with accounting, auditing, financial compliance, and doing business better. Before this I worked as a senior manager for PwC and Global Reporting Manager. I'm passionate about supporting clients thrive, making a direct impact on their business without it costing them their lives. I'm passionate about woman and mom entrepreneurs in particular and supporting the additional boundries we need to cross. 

While keeping my company small enough for hands-on attention, I'm also wanting to scale and take on bigger challenges. My values of integrity, tenacity, curiosity and positivity guide me, seeking harmony for myself and those around me.
