The business model allows for consumer price levels lower than the publicly available rates made possible through a membership signup. I advise and support in relation to overall business development and marketing strategy.

- Responsible for the annual revision of the strategic direction incl. the business model and commercial competitive position
- Collaboration with all commercial functions incl. marketing and advertising to reach the KPIs, drive the strategic direction and remain competitive – in 2022 claiming the position as Denmark’s largest financial media ahead of Børsen
- Development of new strategic podcast formats; one reaching 20.000 downloads a week, ranking no. 57 out of approx. 6.600, within nine months 
- Planning and execution of brand activation events with a satisfaction of 4.8/5

Head of Development

Scandinavian Tobacco Group

- Development and execution of strategic and commercial business plans considering NPDs, G2M strategies, KPI target setting/tracking, portfolio pricing, RTM coverage models etc. 
- Strategic product portfolio management in UK and ROI
- Planning and execution of brand activation events and activities
- Design and development of POSM with external agencies 
- Close cooperation with commercial team supporting all sales channels through BTL marketing 
- Responsible for all Public Relations (press releases, features, events and activities)
- Budget responsible (£500,000 marketing budget)
